C.O.R.E. Partners with Hometown Senior Living:
Hometown Senior Living and C.O.R.E. Respiratory Services have partnered to open a senior residential long term care home in Woodbury focusing on the individual with respiratory needs. The residents may have COPD, Asthma, CHF, or any other impairment affecting the respiratory system including tracheostomies and ventilator care. We provide a 1 to 3 staffing ratio in a familiar home like setting with nursing, CNA’s and respiratory therapists for consultation.
Hometown Senior Living offers comfortable residential housing with long term care services for seniors, in familiar neighborhood settings. We currently have two homes, one in Woodbury and the other in Hudson, WI. Our newest location opening October 3rd, will also be in Woodbury and has it’s focus on the individuals with a respiratory need.

As a family owned and operated business we are committed to high standards of customer service to the residents, family and staff that are a part of our Hometown Senior Living residential care homes.
